Since the opening of the Adult Day Program in 2008, we have expanded the space to include a wide open recreational area with views of the surrounding farmland. The space is on one level and easily accessible to all of our clients. This new area is perfect for exercise and hands-on activities and is adjacent to a smaller, quieter room for relaxation and movies.

Our day program offers individualized care plans and nutritious meals prepared by our staff.

Socialization and relationship building is encouraged through group activities, weekly outings, music therapy, arts and crafts. The staff is trained in Medication Administration, CPR, memory and personal cares.

Have A Heart is licensed through the State of Wisconsin to operate the Adult Day Program. Individualized payment options are available. Have A Heart accepts payments for adult services from sources such as Community Link, IRIS, Medicaid, and private pay.
