Our day center has been providing person-centered services for adults with disABILITIES since 2008.
Surrounded by family farms, our day center sits on 5 acres and includes an adaptive gym and a beautiful barn where we hold fundraising events.
Our daycare program offers individualized care plans and opportunities for socialization and relationship building, which are encouraged through group activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, cooking and baking, gardening, music, outings, and more.
To communicate with guardians about clients’ activities, Have A Heart uses Brightwheel to send daily updates.
Our Respite Care occurs on about two Saturdays a month and offers many of the same amenities as our daycare program.

Have A Heart, Inc. is licensed through the state of Wisconsin. We accept payment for services from sources such as IRIS, Inclusa, Medicaid, and private pay.
Saturdays offer respite services, ensuring families find relief while their loved ones engage in enriching activities.
