As we usher in the crisp beauty of autumn, Have A Heart, Inc. is excited to invite you to our upcoming Fun-At-The-Farm Saturday Care Day on Saturday, September 26! Located at our center in River Falls, Wisconsin, our program provides a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment where adults with disabilities can enjoy nature, social connection, and hands-on activities.
Whether you are a returning participant or joining us for the very first time, this Saturday offers a wonderful opportunity to relax, socialise, and soak in the vibrant fall atmosphere at our farm setting.
