Have A Heart, Inc is a 501c(3) not-for-profit corporation that is fully certified and licensed to provide services for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. These services include weekend respite care, supportive home care, adult family home placement, and adult day programming. Our mission is to provide relief and support for families with developmentally disabled loved ones; preventing or delaying out-of-home placement. In 2010 we provided 640,680 minutes of respite care services. Have A Heart Inc’s goal is to provide trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers in a safe and comfortable environment. We have been in business for 14 years and all of our staff are fully trained onsite, with a specialized curriculum. We are state licensed and certified and maintain full compliance with state rules, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the best possible care for our clients. We understand that each client and family has differing needs and situations, and create plans of service on an individual basis to accommodate these needs or challenges.
